Pay:

• Welder/Fabricator: Up to $26/hour
• CNC Operator: Up to $26/hour
• Quality Control Manager: $30–35/hour DOE

Welder/Fabricator

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Fabricate and weld metal components to specifications.
• Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.

CNC Operator

• Set up and operate CNC machinery.
• Read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Monitor production and perform quality checks.
• Maintain equipment and ensure efficient operation.

Quality Control Manager

• Oversee quality assurance and inspection processes.
• Review finished products to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Identify and resolve quality issues through corrective actions.
• Maintain quality documentation and collaborate with production to improve processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
