The Welder is responsible for performing high-quality welding and repairs on aviation components in accordance with OEM technical publications, Unilode’s MOE (Maintenance Organisation Exposition), and industry regulations. This role ensures the structural integrity and serviceability of ULDs, pallets, and containers, supporting MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) operations to meet production targets while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

This role requires working in a high-heat environment, operating welding equipment, and handling metal components. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times. Some weekend and evening shifts may be required based on MRO production schedules.
