What You'll Do:

• Fabricate and assemble metal components using welding, cutting, and forming techniques and equipment.
• Read and interpret instructions, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Operate tools and machinery such as shears, presses, and welding equipment.
• Perform quality control checks to maintain our high standards.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to meet project deadlines in a safe and efficient manner.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a related field.
• Proficiency in GMAW, GTAW, or FCAW welding processes (certifications a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing or shop environment.
• Team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
