Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Steel Fabricator to join our team in West Middlesex, PA. This is a union position offering competitive wages, benefits, and the opportunity to work on a wide range of structural steel projects. Candidates should be reliable, safety-focused, and experienced in steel fabrication processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
Lay out, measure, cut, and assemble structural steel components
Operate fabrication equipment (saws, presses, shears, ironworkers, etc.)
Perform MIG, Stick, and/or TIG welding as required
Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications
Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of steel fabrication experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience with welding and fabrication tools
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
Work Schedule:
We operate two shifts:
Day Shift: Monday–Friday
Evening Shift: Monday–Thursday
(Overtime available based on workload)
